Continental US orders are shipped either UPS or FedEx depending upon your delivery choice. All Continental US orders must ship to a physical address, please do not use a PO Box as your shipping address. Credit card approval must be obtained before the order is shipped. You will receive a follow-up e-mail confirming the total of your order, including shipping and handling charges and sales tax. The shipping address you provide MUSt be a valid address with the US Postal Service. All orders to street addresses will be shipped either United Parcel Service ("UPS") or FedEx. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on Saturday and Sunday. We are not able to ship orders to P.O. Boxes except in the case of APO or FPO addresses. You may request two-day or next day delivery for an additional fee. The availability and fulfillment of two-day or overnight delivery depends on the destination and the time the order is placed. If jewelry was ordered and shipped outside of the United States, jewelry must be returned within 14 days of purchase date. Please contact return@AskBelieveReceiveJewelry.com. Some of the necklaces and bracelets have various sizes. For necklaces, the most common length for women is 18. The most common length for men is 20". For bracelets, the most common length for women is 7.5". The most common length for men is 8".
14. How do I clean and care for my jewelry? Cleaning: We recommend the old-fashioned way and use a silver or gold jewelry polishing cloth or simply dip, rinse and clean the pendants only. ABR Jewelry cannot be soaked in a cleaning solution as it will remove the oxidation from the lettering and you may be unable to read the words. It is best to take it to your local jewelry repair for a professional and thorough cleaning and polish. Caring: The best way to care for your ABR Jewelry is to store it in a sealed plastic bag with a carbon strip. 15. What is a matte finish? A matte finish is a soft finish made by hand with a small brush that gives the metal a light brushed look with a soft sophisticated shine. Back to top
